I made my appointment for upper lip and I added other services when I was at the salon. When I wanted to pay by card the other services They wanted to charge me £0.30 more because I was using the card, as well they were 12 minutes late for my appointment, because they told me I added it other services. They gave me one service for free using that as an excuse to charge me for using my card.

I have been here before and had my lashes done by Silhani, which were excellent. This time my appointment got cancelled on the day but was eventually seen by someone else. Lashes did not look great and several fell off overnight. I went back for an infill the next day and was seen by someone else. Overall, they only lasted 3 days.
