As this was my first ever wax, Tonicha made me feel very comfortable and very at ease. I loved that she explained everything step by step and that she engaged in general conversation with me, which made it a warmer environment. The results were amazing! Definitely going again.

I had a very good experience. This was the most painless waxing I've ever had. It's easily accessible and there is a free Tesco parking lot next to it.
