Arrived to my 5.30 appointment to be told that it is now at 6.45. I had already paid for parking/left work early to be told they called me to reschedule but I didn’t pick up. I’m sure you can cancel a clients appointment online as other places can do so. Barely received an apology. Should have left a voicemail at least. I then called Ace Beauty down the road and quickly had a perfect painless Hollywood wax.
