The therapist was welcoming and friendly but I didn't get a skin analysis as I would normally expect for a Dermalogica facial, considering that I hadn't visited the salon before. I would have liked her to tell me what products she was using as she applied them. A few days after, my skin felt more dehydrated than when I had the facial.
