A very poor wax. Rather than taking the hair from the root, the lady was tearing the hair leaving it rough and stubble like rather than smooth. I had to go home and shave my legs. Wouldn’t recommended the waxing service here.

the floor was a little dirty and the room didn't seem very modern but the staff were very friendly and even though I was early I could go straight in.
