I had a facial with Carrina and it was just amazing! I have had a quite a few facials in my life but I have to say that this was probably the best one I've ever had. It lasted for 1 hour but it felt a lot longer (that's how much I enjoyed it), the actual facial was lovely and the massage (face and shoulders) was really good, overall an excellent experience.
The treatment room was warm and cosy, the staff was lovely, the saloon was clean and it's very centrally located in Ealing. I came out of there feeling really good and I will definitely come back for any other treatments I need in the future and I recommend you to do the same!

I've been going to Silky Smooth for over thirteen years and the quality of service is superb. I have been having the hot wax the whole time and it is the best having occasionally trying other salons. You recommend it 100%.

I had a lovely relaxing facial with Victoria. She made a careful assessment of my skin and then tailored the Dermalogica facial to suit. The neck and shoulder massage was great. I would pay full price to go back again. The only negative was that their online booking diary on Treatwell was not up to date, so the first appointment slot I chose was double booked and had to be rescheduled (they also offered me the option of a refund). They emailed and phoned promptly so luckily I had not wasted time going there.
