Treatment room for massage is downstairs. Room is nicely decorated. Two massage beds allow for couples massage. Love the heated pad to keep you warm in winter. Massage was good and staff are pleasant.
The facial itself was ok. However, the reason for my low rating is the poor customer service from this salon. I booked and paid for a facial and massage and received confirmation via email immediately. The next morning I was telephoned by the salon to say they could only do the facial, as they were doubled booked although on the on-line booking system it showed they had availability. I also had to come in 45 minutes earlier which disrupted the plans I had for that day. I arrived a few minutes before the start time of my appointment and I was kept waiting for 15 minutes as the room was not ready. The 1 hour facial booked and paid for only lasted 50 minutes. The therapist tried to sell me some products but I was so annoyed I was not interested. I don't consider myself to be an unreasonable person, but this is not the first time I had experienced this problem with this salon. A facial I had booked just prior to New Year was again rescheduled because of booking problems and started late. I have used wahanda many times to book treatments with other salons using the on-line booking system and have never before experienced this type of problem. Unlikely to use this salon again, nor would I recommend.
