I won't go there again. I changed the booked shellac treatment for a voucher and had the most expensive lash and eyebrow tint ever for it. The lady , nikki, was cold and mechanical, she made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. The warm cosy atmosphere that you normally expect of a beauty spot like this was completely missing. She did her job without any further explanation and that was it. The result is barely visible. I am really disappointed, more by how I was treated than by the treatment itself. I will not recommend it to my friends.

This place is like a tardis, the front area is small but it goes down and around so more treatment rooms then you would expect. Staff were lovely and the wax I had was thorough and quick. Cammi (sp?) was my therapist and made the procedure as painless as possible and we had a nice chat. Would def recommend and return.

Amazing facial defiantly one of the best I have had in years . Also when mask on had arm massage normally I have been Left alone while mask on .I had the Decleor Aromaplasti by Caroline .I will defiantly be going back !!!!!

Shellac pedicure looks great but would have liked a little more attention to removal of hard skin. Was offered tea/ drinks which was very welcome!

I liked the experience very much. The place is very clean and the staff really friendly and professionals. I had a shellac manicure and it was really nice. It was good value for money. It must be the most clean salon in Ealing.The only disadvantage is that they do not do nail art but it is notso important. The beautician was very kind and she paid attention to all details :-)
