I've been in Silky Smooth many times now. Its convenient location and lovely therapists makes me come back for another waxing. I like to have my treatments with Barbara and Vicky. They always go above and beyond standard requests to make sure I'm happy with the results. Few times we had such a nice chat that I didn't notice and the treatment was over!
If you are going there for the first time be prepared to deal with rude receptionist. It might be because of her age that she doesn't like her job anymore and in comparison to the therapists she never smiles or makes you feel welcome.
It is a shame they don’t accept Wahanda Gift Vouchers anymore.
I have been to Silky Smooth before and it was fine but I visited them again today and I just had to come onto here and sing their praises. I had HD brows done there and all I can say is wow, wow, wow! My eyebrows look absolutely amazing, I am thrilled, I look like a different person! Highly recommend going there to get this treatment done.
amazing hot wax, was definately not as painful as i've had before, and skin wasnt sore after. definately addicted to hot wax
Really enjoyed my visit. My facial was amazing. Very relaxing and also informative. HD brows are just fab they really know what they are doing. I also had an exteremely pain free wax, quick and efficient. Will certainly be recommending to a friend.
Awful, awful handling of new customers. They have no concept of customer service and poor overall experience. I would warn others not to go here unless you like to be treated like rubbish. They don't care about repeat business, once they have your money for a treatment, they get it over and done with then run! They tried to upsell me to a deluxe facial as I was having mine done and did a half-hearted job of what I had booked. I have since been to another salon for my next facial and received a completely different and professional service. Go to Silky Smooth Ealing at your own risk!
