Awful, awful handling of new customers. They have no concept of customer service and poor overall experience. I would warn others not to go here unless you like to be treated like rubbish. They don't care about repeat business, once they have your money for a treatment, they get it over and done with then run! They tried to upsell me to a deluxe facial as I was having mine done and did a half-hearted job of what I had booked. I have since been to another salon for my next facial and received a completely different and professional service. Go to Silky Smooth Ealing at your own risk!
I was seen promptly on my appointment. I did not need to wait long.
The therapist was very warm and welcoming and explained what she was going to do.
Would definatly recommend the HD brow treatment it as I walked out with amazing looking eyebrows!

Silky smooth was pretty easy to find and I found booking an appointment easy too. HD Brows is something that was recommended to me by someone else, and they were right! Although I have very little hair from years of over plucking, the therapist was honest and advised me what would be best for my face shape.
The result was fa, even with my lack of eyebrows she still somehow managed to make them look slightly fuller and thicker, which totally changed the way my face looked. I was really impressed and I am absolutely giong back - I'm just going to leave it much longer for my eyebrows to grow first!

The venue was easy to find and the environment was calm and comfortable. The staff there were nice and friendly, always smiling. The treatment was good however I have had better experiences elsewhere. But for the price I paid for I was happy with the service I received.

Totally loved the salon,was made at ease as soon as i arrived, didn't feel stupid asking any questions i had, has become adicted to HD brows now, cant wait to go back again
