The massage was brilliant! Really firm and worth every penny, so viewing the eyelashes were a bonus. (I had a half set of lashes with the special offer which was the main enticement for me buying this. They looked lovely, but only lasted about 10 days which was a bit disappointing.) Still I'd go back, just for the massage!

The staff was very accomodating. The rooms were very clean and just right for winding down after a stressful day. I had a sea weed wrap which was a new experience for me. I was made to feel comfortable whilst having the treatment. And the eyelash extension felt amazing. Will be going back for a refill.

When I got to the shop I realised I had forgotten my voucher and then suggested I when I got inside to go to an internet cafe to get it printed after he therapy, the receptionist who I believe was also a therapist, refused and said that I had to pay for the treatment, and that the number on the voucher had already been waived, canceled. I was so appalled at her rudeness, and also the fact that she was not flexible, and choose to not use discretion. It was a human error on my part, but I felt she choose not to be flexible. I traveled from North London to West yet I was left reeling, and feeling so disappointment. I would not use Silky Smooth after all they are not the only retailers performing facial.arrangement and leniency was not given to me, a customer.
