The staff was very accomodating. The rooms were very clean and just right for winding down after a stressful day. I had a sea weed wrap which was a new experience for me. I was made to feel comfortable whilst having the treatment. And the eyelash extension felt amazing. Will be going back for a refill.

When I got to the shop I realised I had forgotten my voucher and then suggested I when I got inside to go to an internet cafe to get it printed after he therapy, the receptionist who I believe was also a therapist, refused and said that I had to pay for the treatment, and that the number on the voucher had already been waived, canceled. I was so appalled at her rudeness, and also the fact that she was not flexible, and choose to not use discretion. It was a human error on my part, but I felt she choose not to be flexible. I traveled from North London to West yet I was left reeling, and feeling so disappointment. I would not use Silky Smooth after all they are not the only retailers performing facial.arrangement and leniency was not given to me, a customer.
Classic Facials
I really liked the decore of Silky Smooth and the ambience of the treatment room, it was very relaxing. Both the massage and facial were really enjoyable, I came out feeling content and sleepy. The therapist was really friendly and informative. I would definitely go back there for a repeat of these treatments and for some of the other treatments offered there too. Thoroughly recommend this place.

I found the over all experience lovely from the start as I was running a bit late and they kindly reschedule me for half an hour later. The salon was easy to find from ealing broadway station and the staff were very friendly. I had a seaweed body wrap and a inch loss treatment. I had not had any of the treamets before but the therapist was very nice and explained the procedure to me before having them done, All round I would definitely reccomend the salon and will be going back for further treatments.
