The salon was a nice place and the lady who did my nails did a good job. However, the colour chart didn't match the actual nail varnish. I chose a pastel peach type colour and came out wit bright pink.

I have been going to Silky Smooth salon in Ealing for around 4-5 years. What I look for in a salon is a beautiful, clean environment, friendly staff who are so willing to advise you the best way they can and where I am happy to pay for my treatments and feel pampered. I have tried several salons in Ealing, however Silky Smooth by far stands out as the best, most professional, high-end style salon in Ealing.
Priya the owner who I have my treatments with is amazing at what she does. She is a perfectionist and will only stop when the job is perfect. I believe this is her business ethic. The staff are all very friendly and the service and treatments they provide will not be found anywhere else in West London.
I highly recommend this salon and will continue to be a regular and loyal client.

I've been in Silky Smooth many times now. Its convenient location and lovely therapists makes me come back for another waxing. I like to have my treatments with Barbara and Vicky. They always go above and beyond standard requests to make sure I'm happy with the results. Few times we had such a nice chat that I didn't notice and the treatment was over!
If you are going there for the first time be prepared to deal with rude receptionist. It might be because of her age that she doesn't like her job anymore and in comparison to the therapists she never smiles or makes you feel welcome.
It is a shame they don’t accept Wahanda Gift Vouchers anymore.
