I informed therapist that I needed to leave 5/10 minutes short of the appointment which was fine, however I booked an hours treatment and got 35 minutes only. Therapist was apologetic as she said she hadn’t taken her watch into the treatment room and tried to reimburse me by giving me a few mini samples. She tried to say that I had booked it at the off peak discount rate so it worked out the same price as the normal half hour booking which I don’t think is the point (don’t offer off peak rates if they can’t be fulfilled). Would have obviously liked my full time as paid for...wouldn’t choose to return necessarily. Good general treatment but had better....
