overall it was a pleasant experience with very experienced therapist who took care my face really well. The facial itself was really thorough starting with cleaning the face to exfoliation, all the way till the end with massage on your neck/shoulder. I think a lot of different products was used, I lost count of the steps I had. I like the way how she did my face gently but when it comes to massage, it was with enough strength and pressure too. This is good value and would definitely recommend.
