A nice facial. Their machine wasn’t working so it wasn’t quite what I had booked; but I was offered a massage instead which was nice. The facial was good but my skin broke out afterwards...difficult to say if it was coincidence or not. But my biggest complaint is that I really feel that when they put a mask on the therapist should offer a massage; head, shoulders or arms. It’s not enough to just put a mask on and then do nothing.

There was a slight mix up of booking through treatwell but the beauty therapist quickly made adjustments and reassured me that there was no need to worry. Very warm and welcoming and loved my eyebrow wax and tint! Attention to detail was great, would definitely recommend!
