Another great service. Villy is just perfect! She is always friendly, welcoming and professional. One minor detail though, I lately have issues with Wahanda synchronising with the venue's appointment calendar and more often than not I turn up for my appointment when I am not expected!
Once more, great service from Villy, small cosy salon very near the DLR station, friendly atmosphere, will definitely be coming back for more treatments!
I loved the actual manicure (as usual) but unfortunately I seem to be having trouble with the service recently. On this occasion, my manicure was meant to be at 11, but Villy was still with a client, and I didn't start my appointment until 11.30. As I got there about 15 minutes early, this meant that I was waiting patiently for almost 45 minutes, without much of an apology. I think that's unacceptable, but apart from that I did like the manicure (IDB Gel Extensions). I also don't like the way they are gradually raising their prices; they appear to have done so several times just this year already, and I think it is expensive enough.

Very good as always, great variety of colours and lasts weeks. This became my only place I go to if I want my nails to look amazing.
