coming in from the rain i was a bit worried for a cold room, but she has a lovely warm room playing some calming music. Created a really nice vibe for the wax and she was so nice, talking to me comfortably and making me feel relaxed :) easy and surprisingly not as painful as it usually is with other waxers! highly recommend.
