Louise was absolutely amazing, she was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. The room is clean and feels very zen which made the experience even more enjoyable. The wax itself was quick, comfortable and pretty much pain free; very happy with the results. Would recommend to any and everyone. I will be going back for sure! X
