The atmosphere was very crisp and clean. Decor was lovely. I had a hair treatment and hair cut with Sima. Sima seemed like she knew what she was doing.

The salon was very nicely decorated and looked professional. I loved the quality of the products and the treatment was well done. However, sometimes I felt the staff were not a 100% focused. Seemed a bit disorganised at times, even though it wasn’t busy.

It may have been a more pleasant experience if the treatments hadn’t been combined - one person doing a manicure another the pedicure. It felt rushed and I was only in the salon 55 minutes in total- not so much Treatwell... more Speedwell.
