Disappointed with the service. Was told to come back at 4 when my appointment was booked for 1pm. Booked a full hair colour and blow dry and was told I couldn’t have a curly blow dry because it’s taken her too long to colour my hair which I was charged another £20 on top of the £88 for because I have extensions. I would have been happy to pay more for a curly blow dry but she simply gave me a rough dry and got colour all over my face and neck. I left looking like I did it myself…
