This was my third time at this salon and would never return. I left the salon covered in hair dye. My ears, foreheads, hands, nails, and clothes were covered.
The colour looked cheap and nothing like I requested.
Also, another lady also helped wash my hair and couldn’t be bothered to do it properly. Water was freezing, and no conditioner or treatment.
There’s better salons in London to spend £250.

Wonderful experience! The salon setting is lovely, the staff were all so helpful and Simone in particular was brilliant at helping me make a decision on my haircut and what was right.
