It's not the most welcoming salon on the street. You come in and most people look like they can't be bothered with you. Eyebrow threading is good enough for £5, but it takes a lot of discussion to get slightly close to the shape I want - despite bringing in a photo for reference. I wanted to switch from Browhaus to go somewhere more local but I'm so used to the level of service at Browhaus that I'm finding the switch difficult.
