Overall a good experience, such a kind and lovely woman. She was careful regarding shape, and got it how I wanted. However it was the most painful wax of my whole life, and took ages. My hair was longer than usual but even so I have never been in so much pain from a wax! Considered returning just because she’s so lovely and talkative but really can’t put myself through it

Nice friendly therapist. The Indian head massage was pretty good but the deep tissue massage lacked pressure. She had some good techniques I guess.
