I went in for a haircut after reading all the good reviews. I did not show any pictures but asked to get some volume with some layers as I have straight and thin hair and trusted her. However I did not expect to end up with what looks like a bob cut through my length rather than delicate layers. And have to wear my hair up for the next months. I wouldn’t go back but I do have to say that Simona was very nice all throughout the cut.

Simona was extremely friendly and welcoming, she respected that I wanted to keep the length while trimming enough to improve my hair health and talked me through the procedure to make sure I was happy. I'd definitely go back again

The place is clean. I like how Simona is very friendly and very reassuring! I showed her the look that I wanted and she advised me based on that. She went through it step-by-step and I'm completely happy with the haircut!
