Lovely little spot, clean and tidy. Simone explained aftercare really well. She’s done a lovely job on my lashes and I will go back again. Minor criticism was the music was a bit loud. Still giving a 5 star for my lashes!

So pleased with my lashes and loved Simone! She was so attentive and professional. Proper chat about what was best for me and aftercare advice. Lashes looked great and lasted ages. Will definitely be returning.

Simone is lovely and she was very attentive and caring during the treatment. However, I left the salon with tears coming down my eyes non-stop for the last 10 minutes and Simone told me it was completely normal (which it isnt as I've had my eyelashes done in other places and this wasn't the case). I went home that night and my right eye hurt so much. The next morning I panicked. I put steam on my face to make my lashes loose so I can take them off, and I ended up taking off half the lashes to eventually get whatever it was (i think glue), stuck on the under side of my eye, removed. Maybe it was just my experience, or just my eye, but I would expect a technician to pick up when something doesn't look right and act on it immediately in the future.
