Simone was great, helped to make my daughter feel comfortable and happy with the experience. My daughter was having a big cut as she was donating her hair to the little princess trust. Simone was lovely by chatting to her, telling her how amazing it was that she was doing it and made her feel very special. She also gave her a little gift that she loved!
The cut itself was lovely, very pleased we choose to come here. Had an all round great expreience and will be returning!
