I had a really bad experience here. The cut itself was so frantic. She poked me in the eye more than once, cut my hair way shorter than I wanted, and really jaggedy (see pictures). She didn't section the hair and then go through it methodically like every haircut I've ever had, but instead (after originally separating out the front with a crocodile clip) she let it all down together and just grabbed pieces at random. Would recommend you go anywhere else.

First time at Simone's saloon and I had a great experience. I really liked the result and the fact that she was checking every time before doing the hair cut to make it sure that I was happy with it. I'll def come back.
