I was the first appointment of the day but was made to wait 25 mins whilst they fit another person in. Refused to honour the booking in full and wouldn’t give my daughter the blow dry I paid for. They then blamed Treatwell saying that it shouldn’t have allowed me to book a wash cut and blow dry because they don’t do children’s blow dries and wanted me to pay more. Awful customer service.
