I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for my appointment to start. Considering this was one of the more expensive haircuts on Treatwell, I expected them to be more punctual. The staff was nice and friendly though it felt like my haircut was rushed because there was another person waiting after me. The haircut turned out well but considering the price I thought the service would be better.
