A great blow-dry that was good value for money. Unfortunately the wash was an interesting experience - the water took forever to warm up, and when it eventually did it was scalding my head! It kept switching between ice cold and boiling hot, which wasn't the most pleasant experience, but other than that all was ok.
The staff were lovely and listened to what style I wanted and spent time achieving the look I had asked for.
Very friendly environment. I went for a haircut and Nic took care of me, no extra charge.
Some of the haircuts I saw completed were just amazing (plus amazing color).
Nic also shared a lot of tips on how to blow dry and take care of my hair; highly valuable!
Very happy, will come again!
