I hate having my hair cut but Jade immediately put me at ease and talked me through a variety of different options for my hair (which was in a horrid state). She was non-judgemental and took in my preferences and came up with a perfect solution for me. I decided to leave myself in her very capable hands and I was so pleased I did! A perfect, easy to care for cut and my hair looks better than it has done in many years! Even the owner of the salon commented on what a good job she had done.
All the staff there were very friendly, as were their long standing-customers, and were happy to include me in any chat, if I wanted to do so. A lovely, relaxed atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.

The tint lasted longer than expected as it did not go right the first time, but the result was ok in the end! The people were nice, but it was too freezing in the salon!
An average experience. OK haircut and blow dry. Reasonable price. The staff is very friendly. I found the salon outdated, a bit messy and quite different to the pictures where it look very tidy, polished and modern. It was not the worst but I won't repeat.
The staff was lovely and the ambiance great. Unfortunately even though I booked my updo 3 weeks in advance it seems like none of the staff available was a updo stylist, so unfortunately it took a very long time to make and it was not great either.
But I must say they did try for ages and were also really nice
