I have not been able to sleep well for the last few weeks because of discomfort in my upper back and shoulders.
I knew Sophie would be able to fix it and she will always try to fit you in where she can.
The pressure was just right, didn't need to say anything - the girl knows what she is doing!
Even though the massage was deep tissue I walked out feeling really relaxed.
