1st time I have had a massage from Sophie, I was very tense and had some real niggles across my back, Sophie was very firm but it was what I needed and now 2 days later my back is like new! I did not go for a relaxing massage I went solely to try and get the knots out so my experience was perfect for what I wanted. Sophie 100% knew what i required and sorted it. Totally worth the visit.
