Really nice friendly lady, not the best extensions I've ever had (maybe because there were a lot of interruptions from the telephone and a guy discussing work to be done on the salon), nor the cheapest but it was last minute and I'm happy enough with the result. Hopefully they last well!! One negative - I was really cold!!
