Kelly was just lovely; very pleasant and approachable, she put me at ease straight away and the facial was just as I expected, but the results are exceptional. Immediately I felt a firming affect and the next day my face was glowing. Lines look softer and my skin looks generally plumper. Take Kelly's advice and administer your spf30-50 the next day and for a while afterwards. I forgot one day and was promptly told off by a knowledgeable friend who absolutely loved the results on me, by the way.
