Didn’t feel like the therapist knew how to massage, I asked for more pressure 3/4 times and there was no change. Key areas like feet and thighs were missed. Also, didn’t ask if I had any concerns or preferences to begin with. Felt like I got a trainee but i paid full price. The room itself was nice and pleasant and the other staff were very pleasant.
