Kept waiting over 20 minutes for my appointment, more communication during the massage would have been nice. Most disappointing the business seems to make no effort to recycle any plastic or paper.

I had an express back massage and for the cost, it was value for money. The salon had a welcoming atmosphere and the staff friendly. I had requested light pressure on my massage, but it was in fact quite firm, but when I asked for a lighted pressure, it was therapist amended her technique. In hindsight I was grateful for the firmer massage as the knots in my shoulder melted after!

This was given to my as a gift and I have never had such a thorough and deep full body massage. It was wonderful. I have already recommended Simply Beauty to my friend who is definitely booking.
