I had a playboy wax and full leg. The therapist was nice but I could tell she wasn't very experienced as there were a few times wax cooled too much on my skin so she couldn't get it off. She also used strip wax on my bikini area. I have a friend who worked in beauty therapy and I know with thicker hair hot wax is better. The day after my wax I had patches where my skin hadn't been pulled taut enough when the strips came off and I had sore patches where skin had been removed. The therapist was very nice and polite though and the room has a nice setup.

I felt very welcome and pampered, beautician stayed late to complete my treatments despite me walking in that day without an appointment.
Will return again when Im next in the area for business
