Pleased with treatment. Quick and professional. Only negative is that my beautician had been smoking prior to the appointment and the smell was a bit unpleasant as her face was close to mine as I got my eyebrows waxed.

The main lady crisha is absolutely fantastic! I have been having my eyebrows threaded for at least 10 years when the craze started and this lady is the best. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

The staff are absolutely lovely. They are all very helpful and my treatment was as painless as possible and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend it.
Ladies' Waxing
My 10am appointment was rescheduled and confirmed for 10:45am, which is fine. However, when I arrived I was told my appointment was at 11am and with a different therapist to what was in the confirmation email. So as I was already early, I had to leave and come back.
The venue is set out more like a doctors surgery than a beauty parlour, I went into a separate room to get my nails done, where there was music playing from a laptop on a table.. at least that distracted from the lack of conversation.
I booked the Luxury Shellac Manicure, which is supposed to last 1hr15, but what I had only lasted 50 minutes!
I am at least happy with my nails, love the colour and they look really good.. But I wouldn't go back there again.
