All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.My 10am appointment was rescheduled and confirmed for 10:45am, which is fine. However, when I arrived I was told my appointment was at 11am and with a different therapist to what was in the confirmation email. So as I was already early, I had to leave and come back.
The venue is set out more like a doctors surgery than a beauty parlour, I went into a separate room to get my nails done, where there was music playing from a laptop on a table.. at least that distracted from the lack of conversation.
I booked the Luxury Shellac Manicure, which is supposed to last 1hr15, but what I had only lasted 50 minutes!
I am at least happy with my nails, love the colour and they look really good.. But I wouldn't go back there again.

I had a Shellac Colour Choice and have awarded it 5 stars. I would definitely highly recommend it to everyone.

Waxing is a necessary evil, however at Simply Beauty Chiswick I didn't find it too painful - a first for me!
Ladies' Waxing
Natalia did my soak off for gel nails. As always, it was a very pleasant and professional experience. I love this salon and will keep coming back.
