Great treatment, but the esthetician asked prior to treatment which type I would like. Thinking they were all the same price based on my appointment selection, I chose one only to be informed afterwards that it was more than anticipated. I wish she had told me up front or given me more details.

Treatment was spot on and loved it, great price and easy to get to. The facilities are small and crammed and the conversation non existent. I was wanting se guidance on a colour to suit my dress for a wedding but I feel I went away with a colour that the beautician loved rather than one that complimented my outfit. Don't get me wrong I loved the colour just not for the occasion and outfit I was getting the colour done for,

I got moved room several times, one person was about to start my treatment then I was handed over to someone else. I asked for my brows to be natural and that I just wanted my lighter ones to blend in more as I am a dark blond, they were far too dark and it still didn't go down after 2 weeks. Not what I asked for.
Eyebrow and Eyelash Treatments
Krisha was excellent! The pedicure was relaxing and my feet look wonderful. Krisha took the time to test different nude shades so we could get the best one. Will definitely be back.
Pedicure
I went for the full pedicure with a trainee. Natalia was extremely conscientious and asked me how I wanted things at every stage. She spent a long time buffing my dancer's feet which are full of calluses and did an incredible job. The nail colour is gorgeous and super shiny.
Only problem is, Natalia was a bit too eager to use the scalpel on the hard areas and my feet hurt all night. When I woke up this morning, I noticed they had little cuts everywhere she had used the scalpel and file!
It is ok and bearable but I will be much more cautious next time to avoid being cut again.
