After my first horrible experience where treatwell canceled my appointment without even listening to me and being very unprofessional and showing lack of respect, the simply salon contacted me to check what actually happened and been invited in the salon. Where I had an amazing experience with Joanna and Justina and so happy with my treatment. Glad my experience changed in a positive way and I look forward for my next treatment

I have emailed to complain about the wax and haven’t heard back from the owner. It wasn’t good at all. The person who did the wax didn’t know what they were doing and tore the hair and my skin. We had to stop half way through but I’d already paid.
