It was the first time I had visited since the salon changed hands so I was somewhat apprehensive- however Justina didn’t disappoint . Very personable , great customer service and the premises are looking fantastic . Waxing excellent too- will be back

As I pregnant person I understand that I may be more sensitive to pain than usual but I have had waxes whilst pregnant before and this is the first time I have shouted out in pain. Two days later I am still in pain on my left side down there. I was also very upset to discover when I got home that there were several sizeable blobs of wax that had not been removed. I have had to bathe the area very gently (as it is still so sore!) in the hope that they will come loose soon.
