I'd booked a facial waxing before a New Year's Eve event to feel a bit more confident, and Victoria put me at ease straight away. She was very friendly and easy to talk to throughout, and was incredibly thorough and meticulous with the waxing, making sure that nothing was missed. She even gave me a couple of chocolates before I left. Thank you Victoria!
