Very friendly and welcoming environment. It was my first time ever being waxed fully, and there was little to no pain due to the years of experience my beauty therapist had. She made me feel super comfortable, and always asked me for my thoughts and feelings every couple of wax strips in to make sure I was still good. It didn’t even take that long to complete neither and I was left with incredible results. Definitely would recommend!
