Brazilian Waxing
Pamela was lovely and did a good job, but I was left waiting for over half an hour. The appointment before me was running late so I was asked to wait 10 min which was fine. Then, someone who was 15 min late for their appointment and got in after me was seen before me because she’d travelled for an hour to get there. I’d travelled half an hour to get there also, this is London.. At the very least she should have been asked to wait until my appointment was done. Not impressed.
