Not my first nor surely my last time. Quick and efficient. Particularly great service this time as I had forgotten my appointment but they called to remind me (luckily I live close by). It was already paid for and end of day so they could have just left it but actually called and managed to deliver all waxing treatments I had booked. Much appreciated.
