Really disappointed with my experience. When I arrived, I was ushered into a treatment room and asked to disrobe for a brazillian wax, despite that not being the appointment I booked in for. Afterwards, instead of being apologetic the receptionists (3 of them) suggested I had booked the wrong appointment. Lucky I had my appointment in the Treatwell app to show the mix up wasn’t on my end!

i come here often and refuse to go to anywhere else. the clinic is clean and calming. the staff are all very polite and helpful I definitely recommend using Simply clinics for any and all treatments x
