i come here often and refuse to go to anywhere else. the clinic is clean and calming. the staff are all very polite and helpful I definitely recommend using Simply clinics for any and all treatments x

The salon is nice and the staff are lovely, but during my wax the wax was too hot, I told her a few times that it was far too hot (I've had hot waxes before in other places and they've never been this hot) but she didn't turn down the temperature on the wax heater, just blew on the wax before applying it which didn't make much difference. She was thorough and quick though.
