As usual excellent wax treatment with Lily. Terrible issues with booking system via Treatwell. Recommend to book directly with Simply Clinics. By the time booking with Treatwell goes to Simply Clinics they have already booked with someone else. I tried to reschedule or get a refund was shocked as Treatwell said I couldn’t do either which would mean paying for a treatment I never had and I did nothing wrong? Fortunately Simply Clinics rescheduled for me.
