Always a warm welcome and clean environment. My therapist is the first beautician (of many) to give me advice and treatment that actually works for my sensitive skin - for the first time my skin doesn’t majorly break out after an eyebrow wax with her. Fab!

The therapist Lilli was so kind and considerate and easy to talk to. She did her best to make the bikini and leg wax as painless as possible. She was skilled and thorough, also very organised, very clean and very tidy. Her approach was calm and methodical, all hair was removed. She then cleaned all the areas so no stickiness left. Although it is more expensive then the usual place I go (as moved), this is made up by the care and attention taken. It was not rushed, I will definitely be returning.

The woman I had was from a different branch but was working at Southgate that day. Hands down the best wax I’ve gotten, relatively painless and she was very considerate and caring and we had a lovely conversation.
