Place is very professional but staff do not explain the process that well if you haven’t had laser hair removal before. I will visit again, but don’t expect too much of an explanation!

Had booked a brazilian wax, but the lady did a hollywood instead without asking me preference, nevertheless it was more or less pain free but not as thorough as have had elsewhere

Really pleased with my Hollywood. The therapist was polite, quick and very thorough. The decor is very clinical so it doesn't feel like you are pampering yourself but I would still go back.
